Charge Up Campaign Holiday Giveback aims to sponsor a Christmas Dinner for two (2) families who are currently impacted by cancer and experiencing financial or practical hardship as a result.

Eligibility: To be considered, the applicant must be the primary patient or caregiver of an individual (adult or child) currently diagnosed with or recently in active treatment for cancer.

Focus: This giveback is specifically designed to alleviate the financial and emotional stress of providing a holiday meal during a challenging time.
1. 🗓️ Timeline and Submission
To ensure the dinner can be planned and delivered before Christmas, please adhere to the following dates:

Application Opens: 11/20/2025

Application Deadline: All submissions must be received by 5:00 PM EST on 11/29/2025. Late submissions will not be considered.

Notification Date: The two selected families will be notified via phone and email by December 6, 2025.

We understand the sensitive nature of the information shared. All responses will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of selecting the most appropriate families for this giveback.

Review Committee: Applications will be reviewed by a small, designated committee within the Charge Up Campaign.

Selection Criteria: Families will be selected based on the demonstrated level of need (financial and practical), the severity of the cancer's impact on the household, and the completeness of the application.
